Luxury self contained accommodation

The cottage at Sunnymeade, perfect for a romantic getaway for couples is available for overnight stays and short term accommodation. Constructed of sandstone, the cottage has its own private courtyard and is located between the homestead’s extensive formal gardens and a small vineyard with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and Mt Wombat to the west.

The cottage sleeps 2 adults, is tastefully furnished and delightfully decorated in colonial style with timber ceilings and walls that are hand stenciled in olde world motifs above the dado boards. Fully self contained, the luxury self contained cottage has a kitchen, lounge/sitting room, bedroom with a cosy queen size bed with adjoining, en-suite bathroom and a sun-deck too - ideal for breakfast on a sunny morning .

All modern conveniences are provided which include a cosy gas log fire, refrigerator, gas bench cook top, microwave oven, utensils and cookware. A functional and fully equipped kitchen facilitates self catering. A gas barbecue is available for use outdoors. Comfortably furnished and heated, the living area is complimented with a colour television set, VCR, CD hi-fi system,  a  selection of video recordings  and CD’s as well as a library of books and magazines for your relaxation, viewing and listening leisure.

The cottage is fully serviced prior to occupancy and all linen, bedding and towels are provided.
 
Breakfast provisions are provided including farm fresh eggs. No cooked meals are provided but for guests who choose to dine out there are restaurants and hotels in Euroa within easy driving distance from Sunnymeade, about 20 minutes away.

The property is ideally situated for exploration of the surrounding countryside and snow fields with easy access from the north and south. The acclaimed national award winning gardens at Sunnymeade are another reason for people to visit and stay at the property.
